Your suggestion of having a “stager” come in to add those special touches made a huge difference, in my opinion. I was very please with Lisa, the stage you know, who “dolled” up the place fabulously and with a very reasonable price tag. I am sure her expertise in decorating was part of the reason we had multiple offers and sold so quickly.

I also must add that your kindness and sensitivity to the situation(divorce) was greatly appreciated. You were gentle with me and understood the emotional upheaval I was going through. I was very grateful to you for sitting down with me and patiently going through all the paperwork step by step. You worked well with both attorneys, balancing all demands and request with the utmost professionalism and integrity.
