When we started looking for our home, we were beyond excited. Of course, we were also terrified by the prospect. He was present for every single inspection-even the one we couldn’t attend personally. He helped us analyze and interpret all of the findings, and worked with us as we negotiated with the sellers about repairs. In addition, he kept in constant contact with our lender, making sure they received any and all information in a timely manner. As a result, our closing went off without a hitch.

We’ve now been living in our home for a few months, and we look back fondly on the process of house-hunting. What began as a daunting search became, in the end, an easy and enjoyable experience because of Alan. He is thoughtful and attentive, patient and detail-oriented. And even though he is no longer our real estate agent (at least until our next property search), we’re lucky to call Alan a good friend. ”
